Are you passionate about translating technical capabilities into viable business opportunities? Fosfor, a dynamic creative product engineering studio, is seeking a Business Project Manager to join our vibrant team.

As a Business Project Manager at Fosfor, you will be responsible for strategically managing projects within the product engineering realm. Your role will encompass a blend of project management, business development, and strategic planning.

Who

  • A degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of product engineering principles, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business opportunities.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong networking abilities, with a proactive approach to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French is a plus.

What

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within the product engineering sector.

  • Proactively prospect for new clients and partnerships through networking events, industry conferences, and strategic outreach efforts.

  • Collaborate with senior designers & engineers to develop strategic initiatives and business plans that align with Fosfor's growth objectives.
